PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW PRIOR TO REGISTERING!

Please review the raffle and buyout information below PRIOR to registering.  For all OCHC players that require a uniform, it is important you register as soon as possible.  The first uniform order will be placed in mid-August to allow 6-8 week processing time.    

• Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season. Instructions to do so are included in the Welcome Page of the registration link.
• Please be sure to have a PDF file of your child's birth certificate ready to upload prior to registration.
• Jersey and Warm-Up ordering options for all OCHC players is included in the Registration Process. Sizing information and selection of Jersey numbers will NOT be included in the registration process.  Team managers/coaches will reach out separately based on those that require jerseys and warmups.   Please review the sizing information below for Uniforms.   All OCHC jerseys are ordered from VERBERO.

* RAFFLE PACKAGE AND CONCESSION FEE

•  A $100 fee for Raffle tickets will automatically be added to each registration.    For NH LTS and NH Mites, there is only ONE raffle fee per family.  Use Code RAFNH to subtract the raffle fee if registering more than one LTS/Mite Player.   It is the responsibility of the family to sell the raffle tickets. There will be a drawing in December to determine winners of the raffle.  
• Raffle is now required per player for all OCHC players.  
• A $300 Concession Buyout Fee or a $150 Volunteer Concession Fee for ALL OCHC players will be offered at time of registration.  A $200 Concession Buyout Fee or a $100 Volunteer Concession Fee for NH MITES will be offered at the time of registration. There is only ONE concession fee required per family.  If you are registering more than one child, please use COUPON CODE "FAM23 " (if registering an OCHC Player) OR code MULTI (for NH Mites), to subtract the concession fee at checkout.  If Volunteer Concession is selected, you will be refunded the $150/$100 fee once nine (9) volunteer hours are completed. Please contact concession manager, Chris Moran, via email at: blueshirt@roadrunner.com upon completion of hours.  A refund will be credited once concession hours are verified.

You've registered your NH LTS, Mite and/or OCHC Player.  What Now?!

1. Get your gear!  Check below for some helpful images to outfit your player.  Please visit USA Hockey's website for some great information by clicking HERE!  Please remember, proper equipment must be worn by each skater.  It can prevent serious injuries.  Ill-fitting, or worn-out equipment does not provide the protection it was meant to give.  

2. OCHC Players (10U and Up) - Uniform ordering is included in the registration process.    Team Managers will reach out to those that selected to order uniforms and warm-ups during registration to ask for sizing information and jersey number.   To determine your player's jersey size, please see below for a sizing graphic from Verbero (the company where OCHC jersey orders are placed).  

3. How to Determine Sock Size for OCHC uniform.  See the graphic below to help determine what size sock you will need to go over shin guards.

4. Determine your Shell Size for OCHC jersey uniform.  Red colored shell is to be worn over hockey pants.  See graphic below.

5. Check the Ice Schedule for practices and game times!  See our homepage at www.newhartfordyouthhockey.com for information on "How To View Your Hockey Schedule".  Download the SE APP.  Once your player is rostered, you can connect with your team through this APP.  See the Sportsengine Quick Start Guide by clicking HERE.

6. Get ready to enjoy the season!  Please note: We use SportsEngine, the SE APP for specific team info, the NH Website and NH FB and OCHC FB page to communicate!
